It will help you understand what you want, what plans you have made to get there, and how to make sure you are using the best most reliable map and tools to succeed. We will explore how this enters into the equation of a long, healthy and fulfilling life.* Please wear comfortable clothes to work on projects in this class. All materials will be supplied.
